Curriculum

The school starts functioning at 8.30 in the morning on all week days. The classes normally conclude at 1.35 pm except on Fridays. Classes on Fridays are upto 12.25 noon. All Sundays and second Saturdays are holidays for the school and all Saturdays are holidays for the KG classes.

Curriculum & Syllabus
The school strictly follows the CBSE syllabus and everything is done according to the curriculum frame-work suggested by the CBSE. English is the medium of instruction and communication in English is compulsory inside the campus. Malayalam, Hindi and Arabic are also taught. Co-curricular activities, sports & games, music training, development of life skills, awareness of future career prospects etc. are given due importance and sufficient space in the whole system. Occasional counselling sessions are arranged for students.The school provides facilities of digital classes in all subjects to all students.

Moral Instruction
Moral instruction is imparted with equal importance upto secondary level. Valuebasedness is the fundamental approach adopted by the school in educating the children and, accordingly, it is given to all without any discrimination.

Examination & Reports
The Central Board of Secondary Education has introduced the Scheme of continuous and comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) in the affiliated Schools. There are two kinds of evaluations / assessments - formative and summative. Formative assessment is a tool used to monitor continuously, the progress of students in a non threatening supportive environment. It is carried out during the course of instruction for providing continuous feedback to both the teachers and the learners for taking decision regarding appropriate modifications in the transactional procedures and learning activities.

Summative assessment is carried out at the end of the course of learning. The whole year is divided into two terms.
First Term : June to September,
Second Term : October to March
In each term there will be two formative assessments and one summative assessment. The grades achieved will be recorded in the score card and will be shown to the parents on the Open Day.
